The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates registered for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination can now print their examination notification slips
This was made known in a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja by the board’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin.
He revealed that the examination is scheduled to begin on April 16, advising candidates to print their slips to confirm their examination date, venue, and time.
Candidates were directed to visit the board’s official website and click on “2026 UTME Slip Printing” to access and print their slips.
He further encouraged candidates to print their slips early and get familiar with their assigned examination centres ahead of time to avoid last-minute challenges.
According to him, each candidate has been given a specific examination schedule and is expected to arrive early at their centre to allow for proper screening and accreditation before the exam begins.
He also disclosed that tighter security measures have been put in place for the 2026 UTME to tackle examination malpractice, warning that both candidates and centre operators must avoid any form of misconduct as strict penalties await offenders.
