The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the results of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will be officially released on Friday, May 9, 2025
The examination, which ran from April 24 to May 5, saw over 1.9 million candidates participate nationwide. Candidates will be able to check their results either via SMS or through the JAMB eFacility portal once the results go live.
How to Check Your 2025 UTME Result:
- Via SMS:
Send “UTMERESULT” to 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number used during registration. Ensure you have at least ₦50 airtime. - Online:
Log in to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng with your registered email and password, then click on “Check UTME Results.”
JAMB is expected to hold a press briefing shortly after the release to provide performance statistics and further guidance for candidates.
