Former Big Brother Naija star, Lucy Edet has announced the arrival of her baby — a baby boy
Lucy shared that her son was born on September 17, 2025, “screaming” even before the doctors could administer routine newborn procedures.
She wrote, “Under all that anesthesia, I said ‘he didn’t even wait to be beaten’—the doctors laughed.” She described the experience as both surprising and amazing, adding, “It really did blow my mind, ‘cause you never know what to expect.”
Reflecting on her pregnancy journey, Lucy expressed gratitude for how smooth it was, despite the mental and emotional challenges.
“The whole pregnancy I was waiting for the hard painful part to start, it never came, and I’m grateful for it,” she said. She also credited her mother and close friends for their unwavering support, noting that they ensured she never felt alone during the experience.
