Can you advise me on this, I
am so confused right now. My girlfriend
of over 2years told me she is from Abeokuta and I believed her. We plan to pay my parents a visit and to also
introduce her to them, but to my surprise she just called me and said she’s not
from Abeokuta, that she is from Cotonou ‘egun’.

Where she came from is not
really the issue but the fact that she didn’t tell me from the beginning. She lied to me and I have already told my
friends and my parents that she is from Ogun State. I don’t know what to do now,
because I don’t know how my parents will react and I love her.
