A 14-month-old girl has died in Qalyubiya after her uncle
raped her. Banha University Hospital
said the child arrived dead to the hospital after a sharp fall in blood circulation.

Her mother trying to cover up for her brother claimed her
baby died of diarrhea.

A further investigation however revealed that she was s3xually
assaulted by her 16-year-old uncle, who has confessed to the charge. He has now
been detained pending further investigation.
