The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the results of the 2026 First Series Computer-Based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (CB-WASSCE) for Private Candidates
In a statement shared on X on Friday, WAEC said candidates can access their results within 12 hours. The council emphasized that the prompt release demonstrates its commitment to leveraging technology for efficient examination processes and improved service delivery.
“The result of CB-WASSCE for Private Candidates, 2026–First Series has been released. Candidates can access their results within the next 12 hours. Our thanks to all stakeholders for cooperating with us to achieve this feat,” WAEC stated.
The CB-WASSCE for private candidates is part of the council’s ongoing efforts to modernize examinations and enhance the candidate experience through computer-based testing. Candidates are encouraged to check their results via WAEC’s official platforms as soon as they become available.
