Three thunderous blasts have occurred in Biu town of Borno
state today at about 12:50p.m. Eyewitnesses say the blast occurred at Yamarkumi
area of Biu along Maiduguri road. Ambulances and security operatives are already
at the spot attending to those injured.

killed 8 persons and injured over 40 others in Biu market. It also came a day
after APC held it’s presidential rally with thousands of people in attendance.
