Gunmen have kidnapped the younger brother of Nigeria’s
Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke. Mr Joseph Agama was kidnapped early
hours of this morning around 12:30am in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.

It will be recalled that the younger sister of the minister
was also kidnapped five months ago, October, 2014 precisely, but was later
rescued by a combined team of Joint Task Force and Department of State Security
Services.

Update: The person kidnapped is Diezani’s brother’s son. Her
brother was the actual target, but when he was nowhere to be found, they kidnapped his
son, who is the minister’s nephew and in his 20’s.
