Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has committed to implementing the new minimum wage once it becomes law

Through his Commissioner for Information, Mr. Kolapo Alimi, the governor pledged that his administration will prioritize the welfare of workers and adhere to the new minimum wage of N70,000 for civil servants in the state.
The governor emphasized that his administration considers the welfare of workers, both active and retired, a top priority and will not fail to comply with the law.
Once the National Assembly passes the bill and all necessary procedures are completed, Osun State will implement the new minimum wage, according to the governor’s commitment.
