Ossai Ovie, Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor, has accused social media personality VeryDarkMan (VDM) of venturing into the importation business out of jealousy over businessman Blord’s success.
Ossai made the claim while reacting to VDM’s recent announcement that his first container shipment of power stations and gadgets had arrived from China ahead of Christmas.
According to the governor’s aide, VDM may have been inspired by the money Blord reportedly makes from his business and decided to follow a similar path.
In a post he shared, he wrote:
“Very Dark Man bought this fully loaded container because of Blord. No be any other thing, na jealousy.
“He has seen how much Blord is making from his business and decided to venture into the same thing.
“But business no be just about having money to invest. Business requires skills, experience, and the right knowledge to succeed.
“You can’t just jump into business because you see another man making money from it. If you don’t have the experience, you go lose.
“This is where we go know who really sabi business between VDM and BLORD. And for this business side, BLORD will always be ahead of Very Dark Man.
“I am disappointed in Very Dark Man.”
VDM had earlier celebrated the arrival of his shipment, saying the products would be made available to customers looking for quality gadgets and power stations.
Ossai, however, questioned whether VDM had the experience and business knowledge required to succeed, arguing that investing money alone does not guarantee success.
