Former President Donald Trump has made a comeback on Twitter, now rebranded as X, with a recent tweet on August 12, 2024
His first post since returning to the platform featured his own mugshot, followed by a second tweet that doubles as a political ad.
In the ad, Trump invokes the legacy of Ronald Reagan and poses a question to his followers:
“Are you better off now than you were when I was President?”
This marks Trump’s return to the platform after his account was previously suspended, only to be reinstated by Twitter’s new owner, Elon Musk.
