Justice Haleemah Salman of the Kwara State High Court has found the five suspects involved in the Offa robbery guilty of illegal possession of firearms, armed robbery, and culpable homicide
Justice Salman in about five hours of judgement she delivered in Ilorin on Thursday stated that these offences are punishable by d3ath and therefore sentenced them to d3ath by hanging.
The robbery incident occurred on April 5, 2018, in Offa, during which the convicted armed robbers unleashed multiple gun attacks in the bank’s area and killed Thirty-Nine persons including pregnant women and police officers
