Princess Beatrice, 36, has shared insights into her family life, acknowledging that “there is not a lot of time to make it all perfect all the time.”
The King’s niece, who is expecting her second child with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, spoke to ‘Hello!’ magazine about learning the “importance of choosing small, effective tools for balance.”
During the interview, Beatrice praised her close friend, London-based celebrity nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, who also had kind words for Beatrice, saying, “Bea is incredibly health conscious already and she’s very good with what she eats.”
Beatrice told ‘Hello!’ that one of the most valuable lessons she’s learned from Gabriela is about finding small ways to achieve balance.
“When you are growing families, sometimes there is not a lot of time to make it all perfect all the time, so with Gabriela’s help I have been able to add a few things to try that help me and my family feel good and prioritise our health,” she explained.
