A new federal lawsuit has been filed against rapper Kanye West, 47, and Universal Music Group by former America’s Next Top Model contestant Jenn An.
The lawsuit alleges gender-motivated violence during a 2010 music video production.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, An claims that during the video shoot, West placed her in a chair and, after instructing the director to focus the camera on her, proceeded to choke her until she lost consciousness.
The legal filing states that West “smothered” her face with his hands and “gagged her to emulate forced oral sex.”
An described the experience as resembling “pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes” rather than a professional music video shoot.
This legal action follows another recent lawsuit filed by West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who last month accused the rapper of assault at a party hosted by Diddy.
Kanye West is yet to respond to these allegations.
