The legal drama between American rapper Blac Chyna and her ex, Twin Hector, is heating up again.
After Hector filed a lawsuit in 2024 accusing her of repeatedly assaulting him during their relationship, Chyna is now telling her own side of the story in a different way.
In a new cross-complaint, the American media personality and rapper claims she only hit him once, and says it was strictly in self-defense. According to her, the situation escalated after she alleges Hector physically att@cked her, striking her in both her upper and lower body. Her legal team insists that any injury he suffered, including a swollen eye, happened while she was trying to protect herself from further harm.
Chyna isn’t stopping there. She’s also accusing him of vi0lating a non-disclosure agreement. She claims Hector has been subtly referencing her in songs he’s released over the years. In one track, he mentions a woman who wears a size 39 shoe something she says clearly points to her.
She also says that when she confronted him about it, he dismissed the claim in a text message, saying the lyric could apply to anyone.
Now, she’s seeking at least $20 million in damages over the alleged NDA breach.
Meanwhile, Hector’s lawyer, Kirk Edward Schenck, is pushing back strongly. He describes Chyna’s claims as a distraction and maintains that Hector is actually the victim in the situation. He also says his client has no history of violence.
He added that domestic vi0lence laws in California apply to both men and women, making it clear the case will come down to evidence not public opinion.
