Content creator and entertainer Nasboi has shared a deeply personal story about one of the most difficult periods in his life, revealing how things took a drastic turn after parting ways with his longtime producer.
According to him, the split happened in 2018 after working together for about a decade. The decision left him uncertain about his next steps and forced him into a phase of survival.
“My friend who was my producer from 2008–2018 informed me he wasn’t going to produce for me again,” Nasboi revealed.
Following that moment, he said fear and circumstances kept him away from Lagos, pushing him to stay in Uyo instead. Life there, however, came with its own struggles.
“I was scared of Lagos so I had to be in Uyo where I struggled to feed,” he said.
Nasboi didn’t hold back when describing how tough things became. At his lowest point, even the smallest amount of money meant everything.
“E got to a point picking ₦50 from the floor was an achievement for me,” he added.
