Arsenal F.C. have been crowned Premier League champions for the first time in 22 years after results elsewhere confirmed their title triumph on Tuesday night
Mikel Arteta’s side were left watching closely as title rivals Manchester City F.C. were held to a 1–1 draw by AFC Bournemouth, a result that ended any remaining mathematical chance of catching the North London club.

The draw left City four points behind Arsenal with just one match left to play, securing the Gunners’ place at the top of the table on 82 points and confirming their long-awaited league victory.
It was a title clinched off the pitch rather than on it, but the significance remains the same for Arsenal, who have endured years of near misses and three consecutive second-place finishes before finally breaking through.
For Arteta, the achievement marks a major milestone in his sixth full season at the Emirates, as he delivers a long-awaited Premier League crown to a club that has spent over two decades chasing it.
