Social media commentator Solomon Buchi has once again reacted to the viral cemetery comment made by socialite Cubana Chief Priest during the burial of Davido’s close associate, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, in London.
The footage recorded at the graveside after the burial ceremony showed Cubana Chief Priest with singer Davido and others leaving the cemetery.
In the clip, he said, “Yeah men, we are outside, cemetery chilling,” a remark that quickly spread across social media.
The statement, made shortly after the final rites, drew mixed reactions online, with many people reacting to the tone and appropriateness of the comment during such a solemn occasion.
The burial of Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, a friend of Davido, had gathered close associates and well-wishers, with the video emerging afterward and gaining traction across platforms.
Reacting once again to the clip, Buchi criticised what he described as a lack of social awareness in public conduct.
“The wørst thing that can happen to a man is to be rich but lack class. Imagine someone saying, ‘We are chilling outside the cemetery.’ Even at a cemetery, where the de@d are buri£d, he’s still trying to prove himself. As you hustle to make money, also make sure you hustle to understand social etiquette and class….”
