Singer and content personality Candybleakz has responded to claims circulating around her involvement in Kolu’s trip to the United Kingdom, pushing back against suggestions that she financially benefited from the arrangement.
In a strongly worded statement directed at Carter Efe, she insisted she did not gain anything from facilitating the trip, adding that all necessary arrangements for Kolu were already handled.
“I didn’t make 1 naira from taking Kolu to the UK, his visa, his feeding & accommodation was sorted out & he was given 4M naira & he was given money by his fans, Carterefe stopping involving me, Kolu is 40years old & can do things for himself”, she stated.
Her comments appeared to address growing conversations around how Kolu’s travel and expenses were managed, as well as who was responsible for supporting him during his time abroad.
Candybleakz maintained that she played no financial role in the situation beyond coordination, and urged Carter Efe to refrain from dragging her into the matter.
