There has been continued tension between Justice Crack and comedian Seyi Law following a disagreement that started over political views
It began after Seyi Law expressed support for the current government, stating that Nigeria is better now than it was in previous years. Justice Crack publicly disagreed with that position, questioning the claim and pointing to issues around security and the country’s economic hardship.
One of his key arguments was that if things were truly better, public figures including him wouldn’t feel the need to keep their families abroad while living and working in Nigeria.
Things later became more personal during Justice Crack’s arrest, when Seyi Law made a post on social media that appeared to reference the situation.
He wrote:
“Justice Crack thought the Army is SEYILAW. And ye shall hold your peace, and God Will fight for you.”
Justice Crack, in response, said he felt the comment went beyond disagreement and seemed to mock his situation.
He stated, “Those who rejoice in illegality often have something questionable about them if you look closely.”
He also addressed Seyi Law directly, saying;
“My unfortunate elder brother from the Southwest, it is quite unfortunate that you rejoiced when I was kidnapped simply because I made a video responding to your claim.”
According to him, the issue should have remained a debate about ideas rather than becoming personal.
“Rather than engage with the argument, you chose to celebrate my disappearance. That, unfortunately, says a lot about your character,” he added.
Despite the heated exchange, Justice Crack maintained that his focus remains on national issues rather than individual conflicts, stressing his belief in a better Nigeria where citizens do not feel the need to relocate their families for safety or opportunity.
