South African singer Tyla has announced the dates for her upcoming APOP World Tour*, with Lagos confirmed as one of the stops on the global concert series
The Grammy Award-winning star revealed the tour schedule on Monday through her Instagram page, unveiling a list of cities she will visit in support of her recently released sophomore album, APOP.
The tour is expected to kick off in Paris, France, on October 12 and will take Tyla across 11 countries, including France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the United States, Nigeria and South Africa.
Fans in Nigeria will get the chance to see the singer perform in Lagos on December 22. She will conclude the tour with concerts in Cape Town on January 4 and Johannesburg on January 9.
Tyla gained worldwide recognition in 2023 following the success of her hit single Water, which went viral globally and earned her the 2024 Grammy Award for Best African Music Performance.
