Human rights activist Harrison Gwamnishu has escaped unhurt after his vehicle collided with a cow along the Okpanam/Ibusa Bypass in Delta State on Monday night.
Sharing details of the incident, Harrison said the cow suddenly ran into his vehicle while he was driving, leaving him with no chance to avoid the collision.
He alleged that the herders responsible for the cattle fled the scene immediately after the crash, taking the remaining cows with them.
Fortunately, the activist sustained no injuries in the accident. The extent of damage to his vehicle was not immediately disclosed, while authorities are yet to comment on the incident.
