Crristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have officially married after nearly a decade together
The Portugal captain and Al-Nassr forward tied the knot in a low-key civil ceremony in Cascais, Portugal, with their children among the family members present.
Ronaldo confirmed the development on Tuesday by sharing a photo of the couple’s wedding rings on Instagram. He accompanied the image with a brief caption: “C❤️G”.
A representative for the football star also confirmed that the marriage had taken place, describing the ceremony as “private and intimate.” According to comments reported by the Daily Mail, only close family members, particularly the couple’s children, attended the occasion.
The wedding has also affected Ronaldo’s preparations with Al-Nassr ahead of the new Saudi Pro League campaign, with the 40-year-old staying away from the club’s pre-season camp.
