Actress and filmmaker Caroline Hutchings has announced her departure from the reality television show The Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOL)
Hutchings shared the news in a lengthy statement on her Instagram page, saying her time on the show had come to an end.
She wrote;
”THE CURTAIN CLOSES ON RHOL. 🎬
”Before RHOL, there was Carolyna the actress. Carolyna the producer. Carolyna the storyteller.
”For over two decades, I have worked, created and built in this industry with over 60 movies, award-winning productions and now 10 movies in the pipeline with an incredible team of writers, producers, crew and actors at @afrivistafilms.
”Our work, our sacrifices and our creativity deserve to stand on their own.
”I have entertained you through RHOL just as I have entertained you through the many movies I have been privileged to be part of. But reality television is one chapter, not the definition of my career or my reality.
”So, officially, I am closing this chapter.
”Thank you for the love, the support and every moment shared along the way. ❤️
”Now, back to what I have always been ~a filmmaker, an actress and a storyteller.
”RHOL was a chapter.
Carolyna is the story.
And the story continues. 🎬”
