Actor Emeka Nwagbaraocha has recounted a rather awkward moment he had with a police officer while on his way home.
According to the actor, the officer stopped the vehicle he was riding in and asked about his gender while he was tying a scarf.
He said the police officers explained that he looked in-between, making it difficult for them to tell which gender he belonged to.
Taking to his X account to share his experience, he said:
“In the ride home today the policeman stopped us and asked “Na man or na woman?” I was tying a scarf.’
The rider told the officers that he was a woman, but Emeka said he had to quickly clarify things himself so they could continue their journey.
“The fo.olish rider answered them that I’m a woman …I had to quickly tell them I’m a woman in order for them to quickly let us go”.
