Cubana Chief Priest has recalled how he first met Davido at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lagos and how their relationship started.
Cubana Chief Priest said he brought his wife and son, Donald, to meet Davido, and they took pictures and had a conversation.
He later told Davido about his club in Owerri and booked him to perform, which helped build their relationship. He said that meeting eventually turned into a business relationship after he booked Davido to perform at his club.
Speaking during an interview with Beats FM, he said:
“I was chilling at Intercontinental hotel. My wife just came back from America with my son, Donald.
“I saw David walked in. I was so excited because I was a fan of Davido. I went to my room, brought my kid and my wife even with international passport.
“We took pictures. We sat and had a conversation. I told him I run the biggest club in the south east, Owerri.
“Instantly, I booked David because I knew that business is what bonds relationship and David came, we had a blast. That was how we connected”
