Comedian and actor Okey Bakassi has dismissed claims that his wife asked him for a divorce, insisting that there are no problems in their marriage.
The actor expressed his displeasure over the report, accusing those behind it of spreading false information about his family just to attract attention online.
He also appealed to his family, friends and fans not to believe the story.
In a post he shared, Bakassi said:
“It’s so disrespectful and sad that, out of desperation to get views or create viral content, someone will go to the extent of spreading fake news about my very happy family. Please, my family, friends and fans, disregard any story that my wife and I are having issues. It’s the work of evil, senseless people. Please help me report the originator’s page for this fake news on X (Twitter) for violating the rules.
