Timi Dakolo has warned against participating in certain acts to proof one’s love to another
The artist, in a recent post, warned that suffering is not a proof of love.
He also stressed the need for boundaries and self respect, stating that people should not accept abusive behaviours just because they want to prove that they are patient.
”Dear anybody, suffering is not a proof of love. The amount of abuse you can take is not what patience is all about. It is not your job to fix broken people. Destructive tendencies is not character flaws. Even trained therapist gives up sometimes,” he warned.
