Singer Timi Dakolo has advised young people not to rush into moving out of their parents’ homes simply because their friends are doing so.
He warned against making such decisions under pressure, especially when the main reason is the feeling of not having enough freedom at home.
According to him, young people should take their time and think carefully before deciding to live on their own rather than making the move just to fit in with others.
In a post he shared on X, he wrote:
“No hurry leave your papa house because of peer pressure. Forget all that, ‘i don’t have freedom here’.”
