Oba Oloyede Adekoya Akinghare II, the Arujale-Ojima of Okeluse Kingdom in Ondo State, has graduated from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
The young monarch was among the graduates at the university’s 14th convocation ceremony.
His graduation is a reminder that being a traditional ruler does not mean putting personal ambitions or education aside.
Alongside his duties as the traditional ruler of Okeluse Kingdom, Oba Akinghare II completed his studies at ABUAD and earned a degree in Political Science.
His graduation also shows that it is possible to balance education with other responsibilities, even with the demands that come with being a traditional ruler.
