Nightlife entrepreneur Cubana Chief Priest has called on President Bola Tinubu to replace ministers from the Southeast, accusing them of failing to deliver meaningful results for the region.
He expressed frustration over what he described as the poor performance of some ministers from the region, particularly those who have held important positions but, in his view, have little to show for their time in office.
Cubana Chief Priest also singled out the former Minister of Works, describing him as one of the worst ministers the Southeast has produced. He went further to criticise another minister from Imo State, whom he rated even lower.
He said the region had not benefited enough from the appointments, despite having representatives in key positions, including the ministries of finance, trade and investment, and works.
Calling on Tinubu to make changes, he said the ministers had done little to earn the support of people in their home states, adding that some were barely known by the very people they were appointed to represent.
In a post he shared, he wrote:
“See wetin dem Dey do our minister, always blabbing. The second to worst minister southeast ever had. We have nothing to show for it as a region that had minister of works. the worst minister na my sister from imo state that one na fluke of a minister.
“Asiwaju you gats change these failures of ministers for us, the one from my state can’t even get 1k votes for Asiwaju.
