Kokopee has made it clear that he does not see Davido as someone who is out of his reach because of his fame or status.
He said the singer can contact him whenever he wants, just like anyone else, and there is nothing unusual about them communicating.
He also explained that he never revealed what he and Davido discussed privately.
According to him, people should stop placing successful individuals on a level where they are seen as untouchable. He believes hard work can open doors and give people access to spaces they once thought were beyond them.
In a post, Kokopee said:
“I did not disclose the content of my chat with Davido, and Davido is not too big to message me. As long as you believe some people belong to a class that is untouchable, you will never have access to that class.
Work hard to the extent that Davido will message you. Don’t allow poverty to scatter your brain. I’m only humble, not hungry.”
Kokopee’s statement comes after he previously revealed that Davido personally contacted him during his disagreement with VeryDarkMan. While he has refused to disclose the content of their private conversation, he made it clear that Davido’s fame does not make the singer superior to him or someone he cannot reach. He also stressed that he is humble but not desperate for anything from the singer.
