Nollywood actress Blessing Onwukwe popularly known as Mama Monica, is comfortable with where she is in life, even as she remains open to finding love.
The actress believes that being single does not mean putting other parts of life on hold. While there are moments when loneliness creeps in and she wishes she had someone to share life with, she is not willing to stop living while waiting for the right person.
In a post she shared on her social media page, she said :
“Am i single? Yes. Do i feel lonely? sometimes. Do i want love? Yes. Am i going to put my life on hold for it? No!. I would continue building and living my life the best way i know how. If nobody comes, then i would be grateful i lived the life i am proud of.”
For her, love would be a welcome part of life, but it is not the only thing that makes life worth living.
She would rather keep growing, enjoying her journey and making the most of what she has than put everything on pause while waiting for someone to come along.
