Media personality Toke Makinwa has celebrated her birthday with her father, reflecting on God’s goodness and expressing gratitude for making it through another 365 days.
The media personality marked the occasion with a birthday photoshoot and a message of thanksgiving, revealing that she had a personal reason to appreciate God. She also expressed confidence that another matter she has been praying about would eventually be settled.
Toke disclosed that she almost did not have a birthday photoshoot this year but eventually went ahead, thanks to the efforts of her team. She also spent her birthday morning with her father.
Taking to her Instagram page to celebrate herself, she wrote:
“365 days around the sun. I owe God this praise over a personal matter, and I’m here to give it, for you are a good God.
“That second matter too dey o, but I know you will still do it.
“TM day, it’s my birthday, and I spent my morning with my daddy.
“Happy birthday, Omotoke,
“Child of grace.
“The last 365 days God has carried you.
“I almost didn’t take these pictures.
“I am so grateful to the team for pulling out everything to get me to do this shoot”.
