A man, identified as Ejabor has recounted how his parents punished him after he got a girl pregnant six years ago
Ejabor with the X handle @callmejabor, said he is the young man in a viral 2020 photo seen holding a board with the inscription “I GOT A GIRL PREGNANT AND THIS IS MY PUNISHMENT.”
According to him, his parents forced him to stand at SPAR, Port Harcourt, with the board as punishment.
“I got a girl pregnant in 2020 and my parents made me take a Board to SPAR with the inscription ‘I GOT A GIRL PREGNANT AND THIS IS MY PUNISHMENT’ on the Board,” he wrote on X.
He added that anyone can Google the image, as it went viral at the time.
His revelation has sparked mixed reactions online, with many Nigerians recalling the photo.
In a follow-up post after the story blew up, he defended his parents and pleaded for privacy.
“For the records, my Parents are the best and for the well being of the child and the girl, please I would urge you to respect my privacy,” he said.
