Opeyemi Falegan has apologised to Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday, years after their relationship ended on a bitter note.
The Ekiti politician and philanthropist addressed the actress in a message, asking her not to hold on to the past and acknowledging how much she has grown over the years.
During a live video, Falegan said:
“From the bottom of my heart to the depth of my soul, do not be angry, Nkechi. That is gone. See that you have grown and more mature.”
The former couple had a highly publicised relationship that eventually ended in a messy breakup, with both parties involved in a series of public exchanges at the time.
Years later, Falegan’s apology appears to be an attempt to put their differences behind them and make peace with the actress.
