Kevin James Loibl, believed to be a ‘deranged fan’, gunned down the 22-year-old singer while she was signing autographs for fans at a show in Orlando.
The 27-year-old made arrangements to return to another city in the state. But his travel plans were never fulfilled because he ended up shooting himself dead after being tackled by the singer’s brother.
