This slip was given to a visitor at a hotel in Kano state. He was made to sign this slip before a room was allocated to him. Some sources have revealed that most hotels in the state require their guests to sign this due to the frequent presence of Islamic Police in most of the hotels. The Hisbah police carry out random searches in hotels in the state.
