Reggae act, Ras Kimono has said he knows for a fact that
many Nigerian musicians especially the young ones will be raving mad, in
asylums or rehabs in the next 10 years with the way they consume alcohol and
drugs. He says he has been doing reggae
music for 30 years and has never tasted alcohol or smoked before.
“With the rate at which our young entertainers are abusing
drugs, and alcohol, many of them will be raving mad, in asylums, or rehab in
the next 10 years. I never smoked. I never drank alcohol in my over thirty
years as a musician’’, he said to The Nation.

He also said there are many reggae musicians who have never
tasted drugs or alcohol but it sounds unbelievable.
