Despite the harsh statement of the
Oba of Lagos to Igbos which leaked yesterday online, Lagos Commissioner for
Transportation, Kayode Opeifa yesterday also visited the Igbo community in
Agege where he preached love and accordance. According to Opeifa, Lagosians are
one and Ambode will see everyone as one just like Fashola sees all. He also
visited the Hausa community where the elders welcomed him and thanked him for
coming. Opeifa told the two communities that the Government of Lagos will
continue to support and protect them for as long as they live in the state. See
