The Social Democratic Party (SDP) governorship candidate in
Adamawa State, Reverend Hakila Yerima, has died. Hakila who intends to rule
Adamawa died on the 6th of January, 2015 of a liver related disease
after picking the party’s governorship ticket on the 6th of
December, 2014.

intention to withdrawing from the race due to failing health before passing
away few days after the letter.
