Nollywood actor and singer, Moses Armstrong, has defied his suspension by the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) and returned to the movie set.

Armstrong, a former aide to Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom state, was first arrested on June 13 for allegedly raping a minor he adopted.

He was charged with r3pe, intimidation, conspiracy and supplying of drugs or instruments to procure abortion.

The Abuja Connection actor was suspended by the guild after his arrest in June.

The AGN had said Armstrong will remain suspended pending when the police round up the investigation on the matter.

Defying the guild’s directive, Armstrong took to social media to share photos of himself at a movie location.
