Nollywood actress, Ada Slim with real names as Ada Karl has revealed she just underwent a fibroid surgery. Though the surgery took place last week in Lagos,
recuperating Ada has now shared photos from her hospital bed with her fans.
She also pointed out that it was necessary to share the photos on Instagram, to remind Nigerians about reality as everyone tend to be rich and healthy on instagram lol this girl!
Sharing the photos, Ada wrote…

pre-surgery post.
No matter what you are going through in life, just know that you are not alone, we all have real life battles but pity that everybody is rich & healthy on instagram. I hope this post inspires you to be stronger and know that Joy comes in the morning.
