Nollywood actress Chisom Steve has fired back at a woman after asking about her conception
The woman’s query, “Why are you not yet pregnant? Abi are you barren?” cut deep, prompting Chisom Steve to reveal her painful experience with miscarriage.
In her response, Chisom Steve clarified that she’s not barren, but had suffered a miscarriage and been struggling with the loss.
She expressed her hurt and frustration, wishing barrenness upon the woman for her insensitive question.
“In your time of life, you shall be called barren and this curse will not be lifted by even the strongest man of God you think you know”, she shared.
However, the woman apologized, claiming she didn’t mean to offend Chisom Steve and was simply asking out of curiosity.
“I’m sorry. I don’t know that it will offend you. I only asked a question. I’m not moving you”, She stated.
