It’s celebration in Kogi state as the Tribunal today upheld Senator Smart Adeyemi’s election as Senator for Kogi West senatorial District, dismissing a petition by Dino Melaye and his party, PDP.
The three judges of the tribunal were unanimous that the petitioners failed to prove their case.
