On a podcast conversation with Major AJ, rapper, Blaqbonez declared 2Face Idibia’s iconic hit “African Queen” as the greatest love song in Nigeria
According to Blaqbonez, no other love song in Nigeria can rival the timeless classic.
Released in 2004, “African Queen” remains an unforgettable love-themed anthem that has stood the test of time.
The song’s music video featured 2Face’s then-girlfriend and now-wife Annie Idibia, as well as actress Yvonne Jegede.
He said: “There is no song like 2Face’s African queen. The song is the greatest love song in Nigeria. It was the greatest song for decades,”
