One of the wives of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Queen Memunat Omowunmi Adeyemi remembered her late husband, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi two years after his d3ath
Taking to her Instagram page to pour out her heart and feelings about her husband’s demise, she wrote;
”Life is somehow unfair. It seems like we met yesterday, but now You are on the other side, As long as we live your love will forever be in our heart, you were a fantastic gift to Us all we can not express the void we feel every day.
Beseeching Almighty Allah to overlook your shortcomings and increase His (نعمته)on you….. keep on resting IKU BABAYEYE ATANDA OMO IBIRONKE, in between I’m nurturing your ADEGOKE, ADETOUN and ADEDAYO as I can may Allah make them global leaders to spread your name across the whole universe”
