Nigerian street-hop singer Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has spoken candidly about his struggle to see his children.
The singer expressed frustration over what he described as being denied access, calling on the mothers of his children to allow them spend time with him.
He made it clear that his relationship with them may have ended, but his role as a father remains unchanged.
“Bring my children home to visit me. At least if I am not having s*x with you again, I should be able to see my children,” he said.
Portable also pointed out that he has consistently shown up for his children, especially during important milestones like their naming ceremonies. He added that he extended support to their families as well.
“It is only a broke Dad that his children will not ask of. This is to all my baby mamas from the 1st to the 10th. I celebrated the naming ceremony for all my children, and I gave your family members money. Am I not their father? Bring them to me.”
Through his statement, the singer emphasized his desire to remain present in his children’s lives despite no longer being with their mothers.
