Angel has listed out demands and responds to the ongoing fallout from her estranged partner Tumininu following the collapse of their marriage, which has continued to generate controversy online
The couple, both women, reportedly got married in a private ceremony in the United States, but the relationship broke down just weeks later amid allegations of infidelity and other unresolved issues that later surfaced through leaked conversations.
In a lengthy statement shared on social media, Tumininu detailed a series of demands, including financial requests and the return of personal items, while confirming that the marriage had ended.
She asked for the return of $40,000 allegedly in Angel’s possession and referenced an additional $8,000 tied to emotional damages, adding that she was ready to complete annulment paperwork to formally dissolve the union.
Tumininu also called for a written agreement that would prevent any future immigration or financial responsibility claims linked to Angel.
“I want to resolve that matter peacefully, retrieve what is mine, and move on with my life,” she stated.
She further disputed claims about what happened during their relationship, insisting she was the one who suffered mistreatment and alleging that funds were moved without her consent.
According to her, she had taken full financial responsibility for Angel after bringing her to the United States, covering expenses and supporting her for months.
“I brought Angel to America and personally covered all the visa expenses… For three months, I supported her completely financially and at home,” she said.
Tumininu added that despite attempts to resolve issues privately, the situation worsened, leading her to file for divorce.
“At this point, I am stepping away completely. I have done more than enough,” she said.
She also denied accusations of withholding Angel’s belongings, insisting everything had been accounted for and moved appropriately.
As of press time, Angel Smith has not publicly responded to the allegations.
