Actress Angela Okorie has laid out strict conditions for any man interested in dating or marrying her
In a candid post on Instagram, she revealed that potential suitors would need to undergo a thorough two-year investigation, which would include scrutiny of their family and background.
Additionally, any interested man would be required to pay a staggering one billion naira before the relationship could begin.
